COACHING

WITH MY

WHOLE HEART

I never set out to be a coach.

Thankfully, coaching found me.

In all the paths I’ve traveled, I’ve been led by my passion for excellence, innovation, and deeper connection to others.

After watching my father run a successful business for 40 years, I learned the values of hard work and determination and that people are your greatest (and more rewarding) treasure.

During that time, I also earned a degree in marketing from Seattle U while touring as a drummer. Hey, it was Seattle in the 90s! We all had the music bug.

I then applied my passions for music performance, technology, and dynamic collaboration to lead the marketing and sales efforts for two successful music technology startups: Ableton and iZotope.

After leaving the startup world to return home to Seattle for family reasons, I launched my own consultancy and have been writing about the lessons I have learned at Go2MarketCoach. It’s been great work, but I find my truest calling is to coach others as they navigate their careers and lives. I have since earned a number of coaching certifications and began my coaching practice in 2015.

These days, I’m focused on coaching and supporting the next generation of leaders, conscious thinkers and creatives like myself.

In this video, I discuss a bit about why I coach and what lead me to coaching.

Here is my coaching guru Susan Loree interviewing me about what advice I would give other coaches on their path.

My Certifications and Credentials

We all get stuck or feel like imposters sometimes.
We all feel lost and have blindspots about our own growth.
We all need a nudge sometimes or a new perspective to be uncovered.

My clients are truly my best reference. They tell me that I help them clarify their challenges, push through to new vistas, and find more meaning in their day-to-day pursuit of what is deeply rewarding to them.

I've included a few testimonials throughout the site. Please let me know if you'd like more information about the types of coaching and mentorship that I have delivered in the past.

Being a coach means constantly being in development. I am constantly upgrading my toolset and studying the latest in conscious business, sustainable work practices, and productive ways of collaboration.

I am a certified Master Integral Coach™ with Integral Coaching Canada and a Professional Certified Coach with ICF.

My manifesto, if you can call it that, is that we can all work more cohesively if we bring our true self to the table and work out our differences with respect and compassion.

Change is constant.
Ambiguity is inevitable.
Stress has to be managed.
