Don’t Wait for the Diagnosis

I heard some great life advice recently from Andrew Huberman on his great Andrew Huberman Lab podcast.

When talking to his friend Dr. Linden who was recently diagnosed with a rare heart cancer, he says simply, "Don't wait for the diagnosis.”

And so, I made this video about his off-the-cuff remark as it really struck me with how punchy and to the point it was. I hope we all live without waiting for the diagnosis and appreciated the wake up call.
